Caroline Hill, Director
With over 20 years experience in the industry, Caroline's career includes managing the sales and marketing activities of an International Business Centre in central London, several years spent as a National Sales Manager responsible for the conference agent market for a UK hotel chain and as Reservations Manager for a venue finding company.
She then moved into the corporate world, firstly setting up the EMEA Meetings & Events Department at Cisco Systems and then heading up the Conference & Events Department at Roche Products Ltd.
Most recently, Caroline held the position of Client Services Director with UniversalProcon, an event management company specialising in the pharmaceutical arena.
With this excellent pedigree, she brings not only sales and operational expertise but also a high level of strategic insight and value to understanding our client requirements.
Caroline's dedication to the meetings industry is borne out by her active involvement in Meeting Professionals International (MPI). She is a former President of the Association’s European Council and is a current member of the MPI International Board of Directors. For the past 5 years, she has also been a judge for the Meeting Industry Marketing Awards (MIMA).

Karen Walters, Sales Consultant and Trainer
Karen has over 20 years experience in the industry working in some of London’s top 5* Hotels in a variety of roles including C&B Manager, Conference Revenue Manager and Sales Director. During this time, she has built up a considerable network of contacts within the Meetings, Incentive, Conference and Event industry.
Karen worked at The Royal Lancaster Hotel - one of London’s largest conference Hotels catering for over 1,000 delegates. Following this, Karen worked as a Sales Director, specialising in the US incentive market at two of the city’s top 5* Hotels - The Landmark London and The London Hilton on Park Lane.
At the same time Karen maintained close links with Conference Agents and DMC’s in the UK. With a proven track record in sales Karen’s expertise lies in converting business and building long lasting business relationships with her clients.
Karen’s passion and enthusiasm for the industry is reflected in her involvement with two of it’s main Industry Associations - MPI and SITE. Karen was President of the UK Chapter of MPI in 2000 and served on the International Board in 2004, she is currently President of the GB Chapter of SITE.
